What if I forgot to add an item to my order or need to place an emergency order?

If you forgot to place an order or need to add another item to your order at the last minute, your dedicated customer service representative and the entire customer service team are trained to handle emergency orders. Because the customer comes first, we’ll make every effort to respond to your request as quickly as possible and get the products in your hands.

How do you ship my products?

We have our own delivery trucks and drivers, which transport your products to regional destinations.  See our delivery schedule for more information or check with your sales representative to confirm available delivery methods.  In addition to our in-house service and for those customers located outside of the delivery area, we can ship your products via common carriers.

Can I pick up my order?
